Per regulation 29C(2)(d)(e) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, the register below provides a record of all Annual and Primary Returns lodged.

Elected Members Training

In accordance with section 5.127 of the Local Government Act 1995 the Shire will publish a report detailing the training completed by Elected Members for the financial year.

Gifts and Travel

In accordance with Section 5.89A of the Local Government Act 1995 the Shire maintains a Register of Gifts.

The Gifts Register contains those disclosures of gifts that have been made by Councillors and the Chief Executive Officer in their official capacity, which are valued over $300 or are two or more gifts with a cumulative value over $300 (where the gifts are received from the same donor in a 12-month period).
